These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Ucheema Cleaning Services. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Ucheema Cleaning Services provides residential and small office cleaning services throughout Frisco, Plano, Highland Park, Richardson, and surrounding DFW communities.

Service scope includes but is not limited to:

• Standard Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
• Office Cleaning
• Rental Turnover Services

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Accurate property details must be provided during booking.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if service scope differs from booking details.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept approved electronic and card payments.
• Late payments may result in additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations may incur partial service charges.

6. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property. If our team cannot access the location at the scheduled time, a lock-out fee may apply.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns promptly.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Secure valuable or fragile items prior to service.
• Provide safe working conditions.
• Disclose hazardous materials or special handling requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ucheema Cleaning Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

10. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related SMS messages. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out by replying “STOP.”

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of Ucheema Cleaning Services and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
